In a first home match of the season, Leopards have beaten Thames Valley Youth by the record score of 9:3. On a very wet day, Leopards have shown great attitude in playing as a team and controlled the game from start to finish. Goals were raining in and the scoreline could have gone to double figures had the players shown a little bit more composure in front of the goal. Individual errors were, unfortunately, the catalyst of goals conceded – however, for most of the match, the defence played very well and defended as a unit. Thames Valley were a game opponent but just couldn’t cope with Leopards’ high press game. Goals were scored by Morgan x 3 (again!), Luka T x 2, Taran x 2, Sargis and Ryan.
