As games are coming thick and fast and weather is threatening to upset the rhythm of completing the scheduled fixtures, Leopards visited Kings Church Real in Amersham in what proved to be a challenging match. With 5 squad players missing, a very thin squad of 10 players played a solid match on a sunny Saturday morning in Amersham’s Hervines Park. With 2 players drafted in from development squad, Leopards never really looked in trouble and, after an even first half that ended 1:1, took control of the game in the second half. With lots of chances, hitting the woodwork twice and generally playing most of the second half in KCA’s half of the pitch, Leopards managed to score two more goals and record one more win on the road. Most pleasing aspects were a solid team performance, desire and not sitting back inviting the pressure when the score was 2:1. Goals were scored by Oscar (x2) and Ryan.
